  Drove an hour here so my friend could get a new license as she lost hers. It was the only one open on New Year’s Eve. The people were so sweet and so efficient and we were in and out in 20 minutes. Bob was so nice and helped us out tremendously.

  I’m always afraid to go to the dmv but this one here in schwamburg, is amazing. Quick and efficient. I lost my license, came in at 2pm was done and out by 2:45. They were fairly pleasant as well and it was super crowded. Never did I think DMV would be this good.

  Every time I come here they take care of things very efficiently and the staff is extremely friendly!! Today was no exception. I went in to Renee my drivers license and I think the entire process from start to finish took about 20 minutes and every person I came in to contact with was friendly, engaging and efficient!! Kudos to whoever is in charge of this facility!!
  
  I did actually complain today to...but not about anyone...about my picture. Watch out! They zoom in big time. The supervisor said it is because Homeland Security sets their cameras so they can see faces better...if that is the reason then OK. It sucks because you come out looking 300lbs and I have had issues before because I didn’t look like my picture to some people (that is frustrating to deal with and was my concern). Fingers crossed I don’t have that issue. Otherwise I could care less....it sits in my wallet doing nothing.

  Shocked at How Nice Everyone Was! Yesterday my son took his driving test at the Schaumburg DMV. I was so impressed with the first interaction all the way to the last. We worked with a total of 7 people and they were all kind, helpful, and thorough. There has definitely been a culture change here and as a consumer, I see and appreciate it!
