  I have not serviced my vehicle here in a while, however this was a fantastic experience with the excellent service I received from my Service Advisor Dana.
  Dana's follow up and keeping me informed of the status of my repairs was outstanding via telephone and text. I appreciate great customer service and was very impressed with Dana especially her work ethic, my car repair was running late, she was able to have the mechanic stay late and she waited till I arrived to make sure everything was completed.
  The mechanic Bryce did a great job in identifying the problems and correcting them.

  I loved working with Jashley and Nick. They were both amazing and went above and beyond to help me get my new vehicle. The only reason it’s not a straight up 5 star experience is because there is a bit of a bait and switch situation with the listed price (I used Auto Navigator) and the price given when in store that was a difference of around $7,000. BIG difference. That being said, the reason I can justify a 4 star rating is because the amazing customer service I received.

  The customer service is outstanding! There is another dealership closer to me, but I happily drive farther to give Schaumburg Ford my business. They consistently go out of their way to make sure everything gets done properly, quickly, and keep me updated every step of the way.

  Alex the finance guy got me a cheaper APR and a better auto loan after I thought my deal was finalized. 4 days after I financed through a certain bank, I received a call from Alex saying he worked out a better deal with a different finance company. Thanks Alex. John Gwozdz was my salesman and was very courteous and did not try to push me to buy something I didn’t want. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Now I have the car I always wanted. Thanks

  Pat T was great during my buying experience at Schaumburg Ford. My wife and I traveled 5 hours to get to the dealership and he made sure we got comfortable before beginning the buy/selling process. He was very knowledgeable about the particular car that we bought. I would recommend customers to work with him.
