Had a great experience all around! Booked my appointment online, when I arrived I was greeted by a super sweet receptionist. She got me all checked in and within 5 min the nurse called me back. She was great and very efficient in gathering info and vitals. Then the Dr came in and it was a very quick but complete. Explained everything and asked if I had any questions. He went and got a few hand outs and a printout of everything discussed in the appointment. Upon leaving there was a different receptionist but she was just as sweet as the 1st. Got me all checked out and I was on my way. I was in the office for maybe 40min from the time I walked in to the time I left. Highly recommend this office if ya need a quick visit and can't get in with your regular Dr.
Being a nurse, doctor, or front desk attendant can be really challenging anywhere... but being one of these titles at an Immediate care center I bet ramps up the difficulty tremendously. The staff doesn't know my entire medical history (Neither do i), but they treated me like I had been a patient of theirs for 10 years, not just 10 seconds. Thank you everyone that saw me today and helped me start the path of getting well. Much praise and know you are all appreciated.
