  Extra space Bedford park has a great environment with friendly staff. Carly is sure one of the great staff I met working there with nice hospitality.

  This storage company is superb and Im writing this review to express my gratitude for how they helped me during a difficult time in my life. About a year ago my husband fell into a coma due to carbon monoxide poisoning. He was the breadwinner as I stayed home to care for our 3 small children. Although I found work it wasn’t enough and we fell behind on our mortgage and lost our home. I was devastated as my life was falling apart. I moved our 4 bedroom home into one of their storage units and moved my children and I into a small 2 bedroom apartment. I was late paying my storage every month and struggled to keep the unit. I always spoke to Carly and she was so sweet and understanding of my situation and gave me grace periods and allowed me to make partial payments here and there to keep my unit from being auctioned. She would personally call me and remind me that my payment due date was coming up and it made me feel good to know this company really cares about their clients individual circumstances. I’m so happy to say My husband woke up from his coma 4 months ago and we have our home back ! Thank you so much for everything Extra Space and Carly u really made a difficult time a little easier.

  Carly was a big help today. My family and I are moving and she really took a lot of stress off of us. Her kindness went a long way and made sure things are easy for us

  I was having a rough day and was kind of in a rush. Carly made sure my experience was pleasant and had a great attitude. Customer service was amazing.

  Jennifer and the team at the 67th st location made this transition so easy and simple.
  Great working with you Jennifer. She was available and ready to show me the unit I reserved online. After showing me the unit,Jennifer showed me how to get into the rental space from my car. Seeing that the unit she showed me was a bit far from the loading door, I inquired about a closer one and she had one super close to the door. Just what I needed. Hooray! Then we proceeded to the front for contract time. All fast and easy. I was even able to email her back a copy of my insurance which saved me money. All done and dusted on a lunch/dinner break with rush hour traffic. Way to go Extra space Jennifer. I do have to mention that the online chat option was helpful and the man I spoke with in the morning at about 9:00am was helpful too. Love you
