Very thorough diagnosis and prescription. Current chech-in staff very professional/polite.
My family and I have been Dr. Janakiram's patients for years. I love her kind, caring and professional manner. She is quick to respond to calls and/or emails. I've had some minor issues with front desk staff, only twice and both times my concerns were addressed immediately and efficiently. There may be better hospitals and clinics but I am reluctant to stray from Dr. Janakiram. Highly recommend her.
The staff has always been overly accommodating towards my husband's and my needs and Dr Janakiram is a dream come true. She listens and really tried to solve what was going on with me and nailed it SPOT ON! I love her friendly and gentle approach and kind demeanor. I have referred her to many friends and colleagues over and over again and no one has been steered wrong!
I've been coming here for over a year now and Dr. Janakiram is an amazing Doctor. She will answer any question you have and pay attention to your every need. She makes you feel comfortable. It was hard for me to find the right doctor but me and my daughter are pleased with her as our doctor. Also there is Never a long wait time at all..
