  If I could give 10 stars I would!! I have rented from the Burbank many times and each experience is better than the last!! The service is exemplary!! Pickup was less than five minutes from beginning to end. Kal has excellent customer service skills and Louie keeps you entertained while you wait! They have a lifetime customer in me!!

  This company is a life saver! I️ had a reservation with budget at midway, after the teller there rudely let me know I️ couldn’t rent with a debit card only we were lost. I️ mean what do you do when you’re planning on having a car for your trip and then suddenly you don’t? You call this company. They came and picked me up from midway in the car I️ was renting! Drove us to the store, and we were with keys in hand in about ten minutes. The staff is super friendly and totally helpful. I️ would recommend this company to anyone and I️ will be using them for any car rental needs!! This store rocked!!!!! ????????????????????????????????????????????????

  This is my new go to for airport rentals! A shuttle picked me up at Midway, brought me to car lot (maybe 10 minutes), got my rental (nice clean little car), and was on my way in no time. The guys at the shop were friendly and got me in and out quick. The prices were the best I could find as well.
