But the off dispatcher was very polite and courteous being is though it's a Saturday and he was working the 2nd Shift. He walked me through the steps very carefully and didn't rush. Most people would have told you to have come back on a Monday during normal business hours. I give myself one star for forgetting his name.”

“I am happy to say that we didn't have the problems that other customers had. We ordered a mattress set and Ridol Inc. was the delivery service they worked with. Scheduling was really easy and they worked with our schedule. The crew was professional and careful. Mike and Giovanni were the delivery crew. They had to take a king size mattress and box springs up three flights of steps then take the old set down. We're very detail oriented and notice everything so we were looking for issues but there weren't any.”

“Provide us fast emergency pickup for a shipment stuck at the rail company and under the circumstances gave us a break on the bill. John over at Jet was even able to break down our load into pallets and store for a week until we needed to ship. I felt the difference between them and the other companies we called was the positive attitude that it can be done, John assured us not to worry, this is common. The others said it couldn't be done last minute or were asking for quadruple the rate. I would highly recommend using them again.”

“They treat you well, know your name, work with you and for you. The pay is great and I’ve never had a complaint about when they got me home. This is the first trucking company I’ve seen where, when you walk into the terminal, people actually LOOK happy about what they do. Their equipment is well cared for, and kudos to the night crew in the shop! You have an issue, they go to work on it. They let you know what’s going on as well. I’m sure by their example, the day crew is equally as efficient.”
