My chain broke once and they fixed it for free and it broke a second time and they told me to come look around and I can exchange it and get something for a different price or the same price. He ended up helping me find something thicker with better quality and allowed me to exchange it at no extra charge. I am extremely satisfied with this customer service and he worked well to meet my needs.
