Love this yoga studio! Plenty of classes to motivate, challenge and relax your mind, body and soul! Fran is incredible! This is the BEST thing that has happened to our neighborhood! Try out this studio, you will enjoy!
Yoga is one of the best ways to relieve stress. It helps with toning and so much else. Fran knows how to keep her classes motivational and just plain smooth. There is no judgment at all. Do yourself a personal favor and give her class a try - she also conducts power yoga and yoga sculpt classes. All are worthwhile! !!!
Love the Yoga Fran studio. Fran is a great instructor and the classes are a great workout. Demo classes are free and you can try all the different classes once to see which one works for you.
