    Let me start with the employee who took care of me made me feel secure. Alejandro Alvarez, a nice young man. I was not sure about how things would go since my other experiences at other furniture stores it always feel a little sketchy, but he was not like that at all! I'm glad I went there and was able to get what I needed without paying a lot of money I saved big time! I would recommend Bob's discount furniture to anyone and if you go to the river oaks location and Alejandro is there be sure to ask for him and I hope he can help you as much as he helped me.

    Went to Bob's yesterday in Calumet city just to look around. I was pleasantly surprised with their wide selection and awesome pricing. I was greeted immediately at the door by Mario my salesperson he was wonderful very patient, knowledgeable and professional. I ended up falling in love with a bedroom set there and decided to also buy a new sectional for my basement. I took advantage of their great financing options and got everything for way less then what I expected. Thanks Mario you rock! Anyone looking for furniture go see Mario at Bob's in Calumet city you won't regret it!!

    Eva was a fantastic sales associate.
    her smile brightened up the whole store!
    Eva did a great job answering all my questions by showing me the features and benefits of all the furniture that we looked at.
    It was the best experience i've ever had while furniture shopping!
    If you're looking for someone that ;knows plenty about furniture,has an outgoing personality, and has a lot of patience, i truly recommend Eva!
    not to mention, shes BILINGUAL!what more of a blessing can you ask for!

    Today was amazing.
    As we entered Bob's, we were greeted with the most beautiful sales representative, Mrs. Karen Williams.
    She was very attentive and knowledgeable about all the merchandise in the store.
    Her kindness and aim to please attitude made all the difference in the world.
    I love my new furniture and accessories.
    I promise to return very soon and purchase more beautiful items.

    Roger was the gentleman who assisted me. Aside from being polite he was very helpful. After only a few questions, we walked around the showroom looking at several living room sets, that I liked. I eventually decided on a group along with a power recliner. It was truly a pleasure to work with someone who was familiar with the products and who answered all my questions. I'm looking forward to receiving the furniture next week. Roger really made it a enjoyable experience!
