Customer service is very important to me and AutoZone doesn't disappoint. I was helped by Erica and she was wonderful and very knowledgeable in every aspect. I really appreciate when I ask a question, I get my answer right away and not have to wait for someone to go find out the answer. Walking through the door, I was warmly greeted and I really appreciate Ms. Erica's help. This Calumet City location on Torrence Avenue will be my go to Auto Zone from now on. I will also refer my friends to this location. Great job Auto Zone!

Great customer service. In a once male dominated industry I like that they employ a good number of women. Everyone is very helpful and attentive to the customer.
