Excellent overall. On time to provide an estimate, explained things well. On time to do the work, completed it all in the estimated time, for the estimated price, and again explained things well. The work was completed as scheduled to the highest standard. Quality work, left the work area cleaner than it was before!
Easy and fast scheduling to get a technician to my home. Email and text updates let me adjust to arrival times and kept me up to date on where my technician was. When tech arrived he gave me an estimate on the work to be done beforehand so final price was not a surprise. Performed the work quickly and expertly. Will use J&R Electrical Services again!
