I had to go in to pick up a package that needed a signature and I wouldn't be home to sign. It arrived early in the morning but wasn't available for pickup until late that afternoon. I tried to pick it up before I had been told it was ready but they were unable to do that. The staff was friendly and helpful just not able to retrieve the package before it had been fully processed for pickup. Ultimately, I still got my package more than a half day early. The lesson is to just wait until you're notified that your package is ready. Very pleased with service overall.

There was only one person ahead of us. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous and helpful. He was also quick! I'd definitely ago from here again!
