  I made a same day appointment for my 13 year old daughter. I was told that the company who provides our vision insurance was experiencing downtime with their network and that I should call them to get authorization before our visit. I did so and by the time that we arrived at VisionWorks, my insurance comoany had already spoken with an associate named Bob. We were greeted when we entered and my daughter's vision exam was less than 30 minutes. She and I browsed frames and chose a really cool pair. Bob priced us out and the glasses were ordered. We were in and out in 45 minutes. No headaches. Such a breezy trip.

  Everyone was so nice and I was in and out for my eye exam in 30 minutes with ordering contacts!

  Very friendly staff and clean store. They made it very easy to use my insurance to purchase my glasses. Dr. Sharma was very professional and helpful. The company should be thankful they have such great people working for them at this store

  Like many of the other reviewers, I was warmly greeted by two different associates on my arrival. I was assisted by Bob, who was attentive but not clinging, and who explored different options to get me the best price for two pairs of glasses. He also knew what sorts of options to suggest for a person like me, who has a strong prescription. And he was very careful to make sure I was comfortable with the various choices available to me. Bob has an easy-going manner and a good sense of humor, while still being completely professional, which really sets you at ease. I should also mention that they have a *very* large selection of frames to choose from! It was a pleasure visiting this store and working with Bob.

  I loved my experience here! Very welcoming and efficient. I have referred my friends and family here after my visit! Cecilia was a great employee and helped me set up my appointment. She’s very friendly and courteous!
