Empire Electrical

We recently purchased the house and the electrical work was only halfway completed, with double and triple tapping. A new 200 amp panel was installed by the Empire Electrical crew. They also rewired the fireplace switch, installed new pot lights and corrected more issues that we were not aware of without charging us extra. It was a pleasure to work with them. It's a fantastic firm with a fantastic crew!! Thank you very much! I am quite pleased with the entire project and highly recommend it!

I set up a time for an in-home estimate. They arrived on schedule and gave a comprehensive proposal outlining all of the work my wife and I had requested. I approved the quote online and set the work to start two weeks later. Once again, the Empire Electrical crew arrived on schedule and laid down protective mats over the work area. I was particularly pleased that they heeded my request not to let our cat out. The job was of excellent quality. We will undoubtedly use them in the future.

We had a power issue, so I called and they were able to send someone a few hours later. The technician was awesome! He arrived early and gave me all of the options that we needed. Super impressed with their response time,their professionalism, and their knowledge. Empire Electrical has been added to my contact list. It was very impressive!

The electrician was extremely courteous and patient. He examined our electrical problem thoroughly. Then, once he was finished, he explained our problems to us in an easy-to-understand manner. He explained our options and then went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible. He got right to work once we decided on a course of action. He did an excellent job of resolving our issue, and we will definitely use Empire Electrical and request his services again if the need arises.
