My husband really loves his job and they really show hom they appreciate his work not just with thanks but compensation. Charles has been wonderful to work with. The entire transition and working experience has been great. When something is promised they make good on it. It is easy to get hold of the staff and they are always friendly and easy to work with. Great Company to work with. We are even working on purchasing another truck through them. If you want a transparent company that doesn't steal from you, Arka is the place to be.

Good equipment and management actually listens to drivers concerns.

From new equipment, to compensation to the drivers for their hard work with bonus programs we constantly are listening to our drivers and making the changes to keep them happy. I love how we handle drivers "being one formerly". How we approach each drivers situation with the best intentions to help them remain happy.
