(March 29, 2021, 8:51 pm)I don't know how anyone had a bad experience at this store- Every time my wife and I visited, the staff has been super friendly, attentive, and extremely professional. Although not the cheapest place to purchase a pet, at least they haven't jacked up their puppy prices to ridiculous levels because of COVID (like other pet stores in the area have)! Both Pocket Puppies locations are clean, well organized, and the puppies are happy and healthy. We purchased our French Bulldog from Chicago 6 years ago and we adore her! In fact, she is healthier than our other "champion-sired" Frenchie that we purchased from a very reputable, award- winning breeder. When the time comes to add to our family, we will be back here for our next pup.
