  Great experience! Had to emergency redo our laundry room flooring after some water damage. Kristen helped us pick the right flooring for an upstairs laundry room and for-see any future water issues with a great choice of vinyl. She even picked the color I was looking for ! Knowledgeable AND has an eye for current decor style.

  Kristen helped my husband and I find the right floor for us after our basement flooded. She showed us different water resistant/waterproof options. In the end, we chose ceramic tiles and Kristen also helped us choose the right mortar and grout for the project. Working with her made the process quick and efficient. Definitely recommend!

  What an amazing store for tile and wood flooring. Demos, new tools and the standard tools were all open and available. Crew was very nice and helpful. If you're doing flooring, the install or shopping, this place has you covered.

  Floor & Decor employs great service oriented and knowledgeable employees. Fernando was extremely helpful with the flooring selection and ordering process. Rosa was an angel helping me with pack up and haul all the necessities for my project ~ actually insisting I let her do all the work and sending me home with a wave and assurance that my project would be beautiful. Same experience when I brought back surplus materials. Paul processed the return with accuracy and in a timely manner. My finished flooring is absolutely beautiful and the experience at this store with these employees top quality! Great experience

  Antonio was a BIG HELP, going 'above and beyond', well knowing
  that we did NOT plan a purchase for today but in the months to come
  and most probably at a store in Wisconsin. He took us to various parts
  of the store to point out examples and lend his expertise. We left the
  store feeling extremely satisfied!!!
