  I liked the company's dental health providers so I went with them for my dental insurance plan. But what I also enjoyed a lot was how friendly its customer service and insurance agents were. I felt that my concerns mattered. First I got to know the options I had, and then went with the plan that suited my budget.

  I had a pleasant experience visiting this Blue Cross Blue Shield. The receptionist was exceptionally nice to me, and they even offered free coffee! I spoke with the sales representative and I felt that we really connected. Overall, these guys are extremely knowledgeable about health insurance, and I would recommend them if you are looking to get a better plan for your money.

  Thankfully I’ve only had 2 claims to deal with in the last few years but they’ve been so great about it. When I called to speak to someone a rep was immediately available. The rep was able to answer my questions and re-assured me the claims had been accepted and were paid. Following up through other records from the doctors office confirmed this.

  I wouldn't go anywhere else for medical coverage in Illinois. They have the cheapest coverage for what I need which is typically regular visits. I'm pretty healthy person and don't have to worry about surgery or anything like that. I can't imagine all the money I'd have had to pay if I didn't have them as my insurance provider.

  BCBS of Illinois has always treated me well. I've come in a few times to ask the consultants about the plan they offer, and to ask general questions of can and cannot. Also, I pay a nice rate for my premiums, which doesn't cost me an arm and a leg. Thanks guys.
