  I think there are a lot of issues with the mail but it is not the fault of the kind people working at the desk. They are very sweet and do what they can to help. I wish the mail wasn't such a mess to track all the time but oh well. The people at the desk had huge smiles and treated everyone worth kindness.

  Sometimes there is a wait if you need a teller but I'd rather do that than pay 10x at UPS down the street. If you need immediate service, then you probably should pay more elsewhere. The automated machines work pretty well... Only downside is you basically need your own packaging in most cases.. But again UPS charges for packaging at a high rate for my liking so it's just as well that I bring my own to USPS.

  I am reviewing the front-end staff of this location.
  
  They are always professional even when faced with irrate and irrational customers. I go to this location every single day of the work-week. I am always treated well. I have a P.O. box at this location, and will on occassion need to sign for a package through the front-end staff.
  
  Now, being that I visit this location so frequently, I have witnessed many an irate customer berating the front-end staff for problems that they have absolutely no control or influence over. Box sizing, postage rates, you name it.
  
  Today, however, I was lucky to witness the pinnacle of entitlement and misdirected anger.
  
  I witnessed a customer yell at one of the front-end staff members this afternoon- because "YOU EXPECT ME TO HAVE TAPE AT HOME?!"
  
  Yet, the staff member remained calm and courteous, despite being reprimanded for something completely out of her control. She helped the woman package her item, while being snipped at by the customer throughout the whole process.
  
  To that customer, yes - you should have your own packing supplies. When I heard your complaints I wondered to myself how someone could be so entitled. By your logic, you should be able to just bring in loose paper and USPS should provide an envelope and stamp free of charge?
  
  Lady, that is not how any of this works.
  
  So, for every customer who takes out their own failings on staff members, I want to say that I appreciate the hard work that you do every day.
  
  I know it's hard, but your efforts are appreciated.
