RUSH Physical Therapy - Mt Prospect

The facility and staff were great and very knowledgable. My therapist was Susan Raine. I'm very happy with the treatment I received for my lower back pain.

The physical therapists at this facility are awesome. Not only are they proficient in their field, they are compassionate and realistic in the treatment. I liked very much that they considered my age in their plan so that their expectations were adjusted to how someone at 74 should proceed. Kathy got me from a very bad walking stance to a person who can leave on vacation tomorrow with a cane and a smile! I’ll be back to continue therapy but I can’t thank them enough for their skills and patience to get me to this point!

Appearances can be deceiving.

The place looks old and has equipment that may not have been recently updated. But the excellent therapists more than make it up for it. Susan and Karyn are excellent physical therapists - over 75 yrs of experience between the two.

Pros:
- Very personable, kind and caring PTs
- Cautious in their approach
- You get their 100% attention (you get a lot of reminders on doing exercises the right way)
- Front desk (aka Eileen) is very organized and friendly

Cons:
- Will update if I find any.

Susan Raine is an effective, experienced, and compassionate therapist. I recommend her highly. This NovaCare office is very well managed; scheduling is easy and Eileen goes above and beyond to accommodate patients' needs.
