Would definitely use their services again. -

The prices were very affordable and they were timely and efficient. I highly recommend their services. Give them a try you won't regret it.

(June 24, 2018, 1:16 pm)Thursday 5/31/18 was hot day in Mt Prospect at 90 degrees after a few days of mid 90s earlier in the week. My AC was not working and everyone I contacted was backed up with service calls until Monday. It was 4:50pm and I tried Eagle Heating and Cooling after reading their reviews. I left a message and I did not expect a call back until the next day because it was so close to 5pm. At 5:22pm Dave from Eagle called me back. He was completely booked on Friday and Saturday so I was expecting this was going nowhere but he asked if he could come by now for the service call. He was at my house in less than 20 minutes and diagnosed the problem in less than 2 minutes. My 1.5 year old lab had chewed on some wires and broke one of them. He had my AC working quickly after checking and cleaning everything else and has a very happy new customer. Excellent customer service at a very reasonable price. Thank you Dave!

They come at the exact time they say the will be there, and will always call back in a prompt manner if you have to leave a message. Use them for annual maintenance and every time it is a good experience!
