(January 25, 2018, 11:04 pm)Very quiet place, very cozy with smoking rooms, cable TV, flat screen TV, fridge and microwave in the room, air conditioner, baseboard heat, amazing room for the price! Not dingy, not moldy, not nasty, and I would highly recommend this place! They say you get what you pay for but this place is worth way more than they charge. Staff awesome and very friendly!! Downfalls: No breakfast, smaller parking lot but has street parking if your a worker with a truck and trailer, and bc of stupid ppl u have to pay a $5.00 refundable deposit for the room key and TV remote due to ppl not returning them.

(August 14, 2017, 11:45 pm)I'd say pretty good for a low price. The owners are nice. The rooms are smaller but nice. The only catch is sometimes the Wifi goes off. If they fixed it I'd definitely give a good 5 star rating.
