(January 16, 2021, 8:37 pm)The rooms feel a bit closed in and it would get really hot in the middle of the night. I feel the room could use some updating too. Check in was fast and the staff are super nice!

Highly recommend to everyone and would return again, because the service was that great! Keep up the great work and thank you for making our extended-stay a pleasant one 😁

I stayed at the hotel for over a month (work related) and was thoroughly impressed with the service and cleanliness of the establishment. Patrick and his staff were always quick to help out, and even recovered my phone when I managed to somehow drop it down the elevator shaft. 10/10 recommend to anyone who may be unsure of where to stay in Plano/Dallas.

It’s a new hotel, very clean and hospitable. They’re committed to being at your service and always have a smile on their face. From the GM to the cleaning crew, they helped me through one of the most unpredictable times in my life and for that I’m eternally grateful. I personally have been in Marriott’s all over the world and trust me you won’t be disappointed here. Thank you to the whole TPS Plano team
