  I am very well satisfied with my buying experience at Napleton lincoln of Blue Island. The car I purchased was a 2008 Lincoln MKZ. The salesman and manager were very helpful in answering my questions and concerns before and after my purchase. The timely reminders for maintenance, that they sent to me by mail, was what I needed in keeping up with the maintenance on my car in keeping it running smoothly. My entire experience was easy breezy and I'm sure others are as satisfied as I am.

  My car was ready after a short wait and I am very happy with the amount of time it took. The waiting room was very clean and had everything I needed while I was waiting. The service manager was polite and courteous and he had one of the best names to boot. Dennis

  I have always had a great experience when having my vehicle serviced at Napleton. The service department is very accommodating when scheduling service. They leave no stone unturned when inspecting the vehicle and completing repairs. Thank you Napleton service department.
