  Jan went out of his way to help our family's furnace repair more than just doing the repair job. He gave us tips on repairing and maintaining other appliances like our air conditioner and humidifier that he noticed was missing some odds and ends, and even went ahead to do some minor repairs he noticed to the humidifier.
  
  His recommendations were easy DIY projects, not pushing expensive maintenance or repairs onto a homeowner. Much appreciated!

  We used Dykstra Home Services after a smoky plastic smell started from our furnace. Jan does an amazing job and he got our heat working almost instantly. He was very knowledgeable and informative. There were little details he told us to help us out with our ac unit and furnace.
  
  He's very professional and really cares about his customers. I was really happy with his demeanor and felt well taken care of.
  
  I will definitely be using Dykstra in the future!

  Jan did a very thorough job with my annual furnace maintenance appointment. He explained what he was doing and showed the results of the readings he took which indicated why some parts needed to be replaced. He answered all the questions I had. Overall I was very pleased with the work he did.

  We were EXTREMELY PLEASED with our service technician and the work he performed from Dykstra Home Services. He was able to pinpoint our issue and remedy it on the spot! He was extremely knowledgeable and explained every action he took to fix our problem. We would give him 10 stars if we could. Thank you for giving our furnace the attention needed and making us feel confident our furnace is working as desired.
