  I hope I've made Nicole day a brighter day. I had a positive experience with Nicole, She greeted smile and greeted everyone and made sure I was content with my storage. She understood my needs and provided with professional services with unbeatable prices!!! Nicole really care about her customers needs. She seems to be a people's person. We need more employees like this. I would recommend your company to anyone because of Nicole hard work.   At the Merrionette Park location, Nicole was very helpful! She made sure my parents' needs were met and made sure the storage unit we we're going to rent, was big enough and wouldn't let us sign anything until we were sure. Thanks for saving us money and making our experience quick and painless.

  Office staff is very kind and personable. Very thorough with the contract. Got in on the half off labor day. Happy they are doing promotions like this. Facility is very clean.
