Our service technician Josh was awesome. Quick to come and help us in our time of need when our furnace quit working. Came out same day of us requesting an appointment to diagnose the issue. He made what could have been a difficult situation very simple with the winter weather quickly approaching. Our minds are now at ease.

Our furnace needed replacement as it malfunctioned many times and the company who had installed it could no longer maintain it and the bad thing is they were reluctant to advice us to replace it. (I guess they feared that if we buy a new one, their repair income will go down). For this reason, we decided to buy a new furnace but not through our current supplier. Through internet search we saw this company by the name Matt's Heating and Cooling Company who had very many positive reviews in its website and we decided to try it. The luck was on our side as they were fast to respond, did a repair which did work and did a great work! I am very pleased with the way Matt's Heating and Cooling Company was able get in and out and get our heating back on.

I had been putting off fixing my Friedrich window AC that was not properly installed because I never had time and I thought it would be a pain to figure out who could do it. As I was searching on the Internet, I bumped into Matt's Heating and Cooling Company and I'm so happy I called them. Their service was excellent. Josh came to my apartment that same day, was right on time, suggested different ways to solve the problem. It took him about 30 min to get the job done and made sure that I was happy with every detail. I would totally recommend them to anyone else.

We used this company last year for installation of our AC unit. We were happy with the installation. Had them back again in last week to service our furnace. Josh was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and gave thorough explanations. Couldn't recommend this company high enough.
