“I had a very positive experience from the moment I walked in the door til the moment I left. Everyone was courteous, extremely efficient and the whole process went smoothly. Dr. Lue is just top-notch. But I did not have the same experience while trying to make an appointment. It was very hard to schedule a procedure. In fact it took 9 days total to connect. Another issue was I am allergic to the liquid prep. I asked for the Osmoprep and was given a prescription. I began checking around and found the pills were priced anywhere from $200 to $300. I then contacted my insurance. They were very helpful and gave me a number for either the doctor or staff to call and give a reason why I could not take the liquid prep. They said that would put me in a tier 3 bracket and would save me 30% off the price. I was told by the scheduler if they started doing that then they would be spending their entire day just doing that. I highly doubt it, but could not change her mind. I certainly did not consider her patient friendly. Just the opposite. I have a feeling Dr. Lue would have complied. That amount of money I would have saved was huge to me.”
