“I love Wendy's my only complaint about this location is I can't tell you how many times that they have ran out of ketchup over the years I have told a employee about this but it doesn't appear that it's been addressed. I have said many times that this is a fast food restaurant how do you run out of ketchup? I have also said that it's very apparent that the purchasing managers are not doing their job! At my recent visit still no ketchup and I want to make it clear that it's on to go orders. Other than that no complaints!”

I also like that Zach’s doesn’t have a long menu so you know what you order should be tasty. The bartenders were so friendly & polite! “The food here was absolutely great! My fianceé and I chose this restaurant based on reviews and we had a taste for a burger. We ordered the Farmhouse burger and it was amazing! It was cooked fresh and so were the fries that came with it! I swear the chef cut the potatoes and fried them once we placed our order. Lol. The customer service was great, the staff was very friendly. The only thing that bothered me was a guy using foul language at the bar continuously. He was very loud it was unnecessary to use that foul language. This place is not too far from Midway Airport which was where we were headed. If you want a great bite to eat before your flight or after your flight and don't want to eat airport food, for example, I highly recommend this place!”

“This is the second time at this location. The service and all staff were EXCELLENT!!! High five to Crystal our server!!! The food was fresh and tasty. Both times the service was great. Today the manager came over to check how our food was and if we needed anything else. We were not the only table he came to either. It was clean. All staff was on point. The only complaint was my drink was not refilled. Maybe because it was water and the restaurant was busy. Overall if was a wonderful experience. Thank you!!!”

We have had waiters not show up to our table, had to wait 20 mins before a waiter showed up, meals forgotten and undrinkable drinks but the food was always great so we powered through it each time. But last night, our server Chris was just really amazing. He was super friendly and energetic, knew the menu and explained everything well, and the best part was that he made the experience about us and our time. He asked the order of how we wanted our food to come, and as soon as he saw us finish one part he was letting us know he had the next started for us. Our drinks were refreshed right away and each time he came to the table, he maintained that charisma he had from the beginning. When we left we joked that we needed his schedule so we could come when he was there... but no seriously we do! Great job Chris!”

Large bar with high top tables and a small VIP area in between two bathrooms, which seems like a bad idea to me. Bathrooms are large but can use a deep clean to remove the grime and graffiti from the bathroom stalls. For some reason the sink is always wet so don't put your phone down...”
