Beats going in for something simple. The parking lot is always busy. A few spaces in front time limited. Now there's signs in the lot for second row parking that also limit time. ATM outer lobby. Midday not busy, later more so. Nationwide bank branch. Usual bank services. Incentives for opening accounts. App & online banking as you would expect. Fees, check costs higher than local smaller banks. No problems generally. Inside very organized. No wasted or empty space. A lot of dark wood yet that tranquil blue logo. Cubicles, offices for private customer business. Private client banking. This version more realistic than the old seemingly warm personal banking. Cordial efficiency. Teller staff very focused. No extra conversation. Bankers maintain a professional distance. Do exactly what needs to be done, make you at ease. Comfortable. Quick info about the lot, exit, entry. Seems straight forward to get in, but quirky. From the east turn left at the light to get in, otherwise you could be delayed. Peterson gets busy in either direction. Exit to Rodgers to get out to Peterson to go west. No left turn to go west from lot onto Peterson.”
