“The chase branch at Milwaukee Ave and Austin Ave in Chicago is the BEST. Every time I go in there, Mr. Gonzalez is always there to greet me. Thomas is always there with a hand shake, and the tellers, like Jerome, Carly, there is a teller whose name I cannot pronounce right, but she always waves to me when I walk in, and the short black haired girl who helped me on 06/08/2018 at 9:00 am in the morning, these are the BEST people you have. “I came in on my break from work and the place was packed, i asked the security what time did the branch close, i got off little after 5:30, o made it to the branch 10 minutes before closing, and they still helped me open an account. the lady who was servicing me was so polite, funny and wasn't upset she was running overtime like most banks. The security officer even made sure i got in my car and drove off before he locked the doors. Everyone was so helpful and nice, glad to know that its still some very nice people out here.”
