“This will be my fourth year going to Dr. Marchione and her staff. My first visit I was a bit nervous but the girls that work there made me feel welcome with their warm yet proffessional personalities. Dr. Marchione is just as welcoming and warm. I like that appointment are easy and never a long wait, everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. I love that it's the same doc everytime. My old Optomologist I saw only 3 out of 6 visits, I wasn't crazy about that idea. I've since sent my husband and daughter to see Dr. Marchione and couldn't be happier.”

“I just started going here about a year ago for a molar extraction. I barely felt the numbing needle. I guess he looked around at the molar with some tools, then went away for a couple mins. He return shortly with post-op instructions. The nursing asst removed my paper apron. I was suprised and asked why they couldn't remove the tooth yet. They said he did it already and showed me the tooth. I was shocked! I didn't feel a thing! I'm a Sr. Citzn and spent a lot of time in dentist's chairs over the decades. None of the visits were as painless as this one. Thx Dr. G!!”

“I am ASTOUNDED that this dentist doesn’t have a line wrapped around the building. I don’t even know where to start and since it’s way too early for me to be awake, I’ll prob skip a lot of what should be said but here it goes. I, like many, have been to plenty of dentists. There have been two that have left me in awe. One previous from Malibu and now - this one. During my brief stay in IL, I needed to find a dentist to address some concerns; they were pressing so I really needed to resolve them quickly. I actually found a dentist a few weeks ago but the guy was a slime ball. Pushing every useless thing upon me. Things I knew I didn’t need. I kept my mouth closed because I knew I wouldn’t be coming back. For a moment I was stuck. Having to scurry to find yet another dentist didn’t offer me any pleasant feelings. I despise the search process. Then somehow miraculously I stumbled upon this one. Thank goodness I did! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the incredibly helpful staff at the front desk I knew I had found a dentist that was special. When I went back to sit in the chair the first time, one of her assistants was clearly putting forth an effort to make me feel comfortable. I remember shaking my head in disbelief thinking, “Wow this woman here is actually trying to give me the details for things I haven’t even asked for so I may better have an understanding of what’s going on at any given moment and what’s to be expected.” I think I felt briefly that there was NO WAY the dentist would be just as savvy with providing comfort and a bunch of knowledge as this assistant - But sure enough I was in for yet another surprise. The dentist walked in, that is when the real magic begin. I know this all sounds so corny LOL, I’m just astonished at how incredibly communicative everyone was at this office. That’s why am taking the time to review. The dentist, her work, was just flawless. I needed some cavities filled and the entire thing was just so pleasant. Getting your cavity filled is not supposed to be pleasant????. But it was. She just seem to do everything so effortlessly. There was never any pain. No commotion. No discomfort. She was awesome. The real Super Star. Frequently checking in with me to make sure that I was feeling comfortable. Alerting me as to which polishers she was using and what she was doing at this moment versus the next. Her demeanor and energy, just fantastic. I wanted to have this review convey a sense of gratitude, almost sound like a round of applause for everyone here at this office. Anything less than that would be doing a great disservice towards them I feel. Really truly truly truly an awesome experience. The staff is wonderful. The dentist was just amazing, there’s nothing I would think to change about the entire experience. Truly remarkable! It’s refreshing to walk in somewhere and feeling engulfed in competence. That was my experience at this place. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment, I almost want to book something just so I could go there again and experience something else that will leave me in awe haha. I know this review seems a bit over-the-top (and I’m not want to leave reviews, I think my profile makes that obvious because this might be my only one in the history of my account), but I had to say something. These people, the office, just everything was perfect. Clean, neat, organized, just a fantastic experience. If your looking for a competent and warm welcoming staff and a dentist that clearly goes above and beyond with her work, then go to this place. Just perfection in my story book. Oh and I want to add that checking in after with me the next day to see how I felt about the service that I received, was the icing on the cake. Unfortunately I did not recognize the number so I did not answer; therefor I missed the opportunity to share my perspective - but my hope is that someone there will read this and have their question answered. ???? Now if you’ll excuse me I’m going back to bed because nobody should be up this early!”

“I have been going to Maria for counseling services for over a year now. I've recommended her to friends and family because I am truly satisfied with her services. She is down to earth, provides great techniques and advise to improve your quality of life. She is punctual. She doesn't take time from your session to talk about insurance as others counselors do. She usually will take 5 extra minutes after your visit. She recently moved to the 79th location and her offices are beautifully decorated. You feel calm just walking in. I love the assortment of teas she provides and I've made it my routine to first get a cup before anything else. Since her expansion she has had to hire more staff. A friend of mine sees the other counselor and loves her too. Note: When you get off the elevator her office door is the first one you see but it will be closed. You can take a seat on the couches in the waiting area. She will open the door once it's time for your appointment. This ensures a quiet and uninterrupted time for each session.”
