“If you’re going to these clinics, you’ll have to wait that’s just how it is. I see a lot of complaints with that. The best advice I can give is to book an appointment online before hand to secure your spot. Anyways,I’m giving this CVS a 5 star rating because of nurse practitioner, Morgan. She was extremely friendly and pleasant, and when she found out I was new to the city and that I was on the search for different specialist and doctors she took the time to recommend some to me and write down information for me as well. She was very gentle and has wonderful bedside manners. I will be returning!”

“I was worried after reading other reviews, but my experience was quite different and all my worries were laid to rest. We were greeted right away, and I was taken into the prep area within a few minutes. The nurse made me feel so comfortable and made sure I understood all the paperwork and details of the procedure. The anesthesiologist arrived quickly, made sure to answer any questions I may have had, and talked me through every detail of what would occur. I was taken to private room for the procedure where I met the doctor and another assistant. Everything was explained to me, again, in great detail and very clearly. And then I was out like a light! I woke up back in the prep area, was warmly greeted and my boyfriend was let in immediately. The doctor who did my endoscopy arrived an explained what he found, making sure both myself (still quite groggy) and my partner understood everything. And then we were free to go. We made an appointment for the next procedure, which needs to be done at a hospital. I was worried that it would be months off, but they were able to schedule it within a few weeks. The facilities were clean and organized and quiet - maybe not insanely fancy, but really should a medical facility feel like a hotel??”
