“I am SUPER IMPRESSED! Dr. Jackie understood my fear and listened to what I had to say. Every step of the way, the procedures were explained. I felt so at ease my first appointment there, I kept thinking "I can't wait to come back." I loved the atmosphere and how genuine every staff member I encountered was. It was very down to earth yet professional. I have 3 adult children who live in the area and I know they will coming here after I tell them of my experience. The only down side (and being in the business I understand the why) is that you pay in full and get reimbursed from your insurance carrier. Good business practice in helping to keep their costs down and collect their due payment. If you only knew the outstanding dollar amount a dentist is owed you would understand that this is the smallest of inconveniences. Loved the calming peaceful pictures/artwork on the walls and ceiling, the music and I got to meet Lucy. Thank you Dr. Bobs - am happy that I finally found my new dentist!!!”
