“My grandmother was in the skilled nursing area with dementia. They gave her tremendous care and kept her comfortable all the way to the end. They were so attentive with her and kept her right next to the nurses working at the desk. They treated her like family, especially Christina, the Director of Nursing. Christina saw my grandmother as her own grandmother and treated her as such. Christina was with her in her last moments and allowed my dad to say a few final words. They took great care of my grandmother, and I am so glad she was able to spend the last couple months of her life with them. Thank you to all the staff for everything you did for her.”

Great overall structure as it pertains to levels of knowledge and ability. Ray went above and beyond and is one of the few who understands customer service is still a primary thing when running any business.
