“Dr. Brady and his whole staff were so kind, helpful, and prompt when I took my father in for a tooth extraction. Due to having issues with medical history and having to make phone calls to confirm with his other doctor that it was okay to proceed—this of course led to a delay in our appointment. During this time, John and the ladies up front were extremely helpful, super patient, and just lovely in assisting us with getting documents to complete the procedure. Dr. Brady is professional, made my father feel at ease, and was able to get the work done promptly. He’s very personable and explained things to us clearly. Highly recommend him! I would definitely vote for a redo on the public/dining area on the third floor...not comforting at all. However, what makes The Grove special are the professional and kind employees. Everyone I have encountered from Michael(Director), Megan(Social Work), Jen(Assistant Director), and all of the Super Nursing Staff have demonstrated concern, consideration, and excellent care.
