“This was the second time I've needed plumbing services in 2 years and each time this firm exceeds my expectations. Last year my old sump pump finally failed so I called Ridge and they responded very promptly. They gave me a very reasonable quote before they came out and adhered to this fair price , especially for the the work and time they invested. This is a father-son business and they treated me like family too.. Besides the pump and back up, they checked my other ejector pump in the basement and explained how each worked and basic maintenance. This weekend, the basement toilet didn't flush and the cause was a malfunction to the ejector pump which had overflowed a little. I discovered this Friday night about 8 pm while we were getting the house ready for a large family party on Saturday. With so many people invited, I couldn't easily put an Out of Order sign on the bathroom door. Within 5 minutes of my evening call, the son, Mark, called me back and scheduled an appointment 1st thing Saturday morning . He drained the pump well and replaced the float switch as promised, quickly, and he quoted a very, very reasonable price before he came out. I couldn't have been more pleased, which prompted me to write this review this time, since this service reminded me of their last service call . Now, Ridge Plumbing is my plumbing guys.”

“Spoke to the owner on Thursday about 5 o'clock, he returned my call. Quoted me a price for a gas water heater installed in mokena. about 5% less than the next closest bid. 12 noon the next day 2 Sullivan plumbers showed up and within a few hours I had vast amounts of hot water. If I would have known it would be this easy and reasonably priced I would have done this years ago. I highly recommend this contractor.”

“I had a problem with the corrugated drain pipe that carries the water my sump pump kicks out of my home to the street. Water was just pouring out right on the side of my house. DRC came out on time and used a tool to rod out the drain. We had a TON of roots. Once they removed the roots, the water flowed freely! Now the sump pump drains right out to the street again, and everything is nice and dry.”
