Mac and cheese is very good. The ribs were very good although the way they were cut up I kept having to spit pieces of cartilage out. The beans were very good. “I was traveling outside of the city & saw this place claim to be the #1 cheesesteak in the world so decided to test that out. The place (which is your standard modern restaurant decor complete with brick veneer) was completely empty. It took less than 10 minutes for me to receive my order which was a regular philly cheese steak that came out to be $10 for the sandwich alone. The sandwich itself is about 7-8 inches long. It comes with quite a few toppings including full slices of pickles, tomatoes, green peppers, grilled onions, etc. There is a good amount of cheese on it as well. The cheese is melted, but they didn't give it enough time as you can still see the lines from the individual slices & it's not browned. There also seems to be some mayo on the toasted bread that's packed with meat. They definitely don't skimp on anything here. It definitely looks good, but how does it taste? You can somewhat taste that Philly profile. Overall it's a good sandwich, but definitely not good enough to be #1 in the world. I started putting together the pieces as to why it's a ghost town. If the meat were seasoned a bit better then maybe it would put it in that top tier, but for now others will reign as king.”
