“Just got our roof done in Bartlett- Julius was our public adjuster. Him and his team did a wonderful job completing the job! I was amazed by how well he was able to accommodate and cooperate with my family and I. Not only did he quickly write up a quote for us, but he also walked us through the process, and even went as far as helping us narrow down our decision on which roof design to go with. When the roof project started, Julius would make frequent visits to the house to ensure his workers were doing their job properly- he also consulted with us to give us a recap on what was done and what was expected to be done each day. Towards the end of the project, they cleaned up very well and I’m happy to say that I didn’t find a single nail on my property. Lester is extremely experienced and helpful with different situation and able to accommodate to different "on the spot" request. Good in explaining the situation and make sure I am satisfied with the end result. Took a while to get the project schedule but, with the pandemic and everything, it is understandable.
