Our television would not show a picture. And we were told that it needed to be recycled by a so-called television sales and service shop on Clark Street near Granville in Chicago. As a matter of fact it was put in their basement in hopes that we would never return.. this was the 3rd television they could not fix for us in the last 5 years. That said, I have renamed my absolute favorite TV Sales & Service Company to UPACS (which means) Understanding, Professional And Complete Satisfaction ******* TV Sales & Service. They promptly replaced a faulty part. I had an issue a month later and they were so great. They came to address the previous issue and were very personable and friendly. “Best car wash there is near here. Better than fullers and all local quick washes. The lines go very quick without the pass. We go here ever so often and always get basic touch less. We go though the pre rinse which makes the soap work way better. Than we go in the wash and the people spray us with soap before we go in. Then the soap machine distributed a very good amount of soap on the car. Then we go through some washer that run the soap and get the dirt off. Then tons of wash comes and rinses the car. The dryers are fantastic and dry the very well. The dryers also have a cool feature where a flame blow drys the car which makes it look cool. Then to top it off they give you a complimentary drying where they use a towel to dry it and blow the water out of you mirrors. Fantastic wash and cheaper gas. Recommend this to others!! 5 stars!!”

“We have rattan furniture in the sun room that, over the years, the rattan had gotten yellowy and old looking. The cushion material had been redone and decent looking. I called Bill and explained the situation. He came to my home and I said I would like the wood to match a very pretty sage-brown green in the cushions.He gathered the sofas, chair, coffee table, end tables and took them to his facility. A week later he came back with the finished product. The new finish matched perfectly with the cushions!!! The entire room has a new updated look. We just love it.Thank you, Mr.Fay!!”
