“These guys were great! I called on Monday morning (Columbus Day) and they were at my house by 11am. They used their camera to check our storm water drains, saw the blockage and rodded out massive amounts of roots. SO much better than the other company I had out in November to install (badly and at an angle) a clean out pipe and rod. They were polite, friendly and a explained everything very clearly. Sumps are sending water to the ditch again and I am much relieved. Highly recommended.”

He told me exactly what I wanted to know about all of my options and even suggested things I wouldn’t have thought of like some cheaper options that fit my needs better as well as the cost/benefit analysis of whether or not I should get insurance. The guy (his name was Vivek) was so transparent and I really appreciated his outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and honesty in explaining to me exactly what I was getting and what all the costs involved were. Quote given over the phone was incorrect, but honored anyway by the store manager. Work performed well within the estimated time frame. No upselling whatsoever! Only disappointment was the fact that the air pressure wasn't checked in the 2 tires I didn't have replaced; soon as I drove away the low air notice dinged. Overall would definitely return.”
