We walked in and made an inquiry about Basett Furniture Beds. The salesman took us directly to the Bassett Furniture showroom. He was very knowledgeable and did not try any pressure sales tactics like other furniture stores. We had some homework to do on colors and staff follow was again thorough and knowledgeable. “The photo that you see, is the third arrangement that I've ordered from the shop. Clara took the order and let me charge my phone, because I couldn't find the particular arrangement that I was shopping for on their website. She walked me around the store so that I could choose the flowers I wanted, but heck if I know. I just know that I wanted one red rose in the arrangement to symbolize my intent. Clara gave me a price, that was very reasonable and I added a little more to that. Voila! It worked. She called later that evening, to tell me how much she loved them. I could hear the happiness in her voice. I think these flowers have definitely helped show this woman my kind side. I think she is more receptive to my intentions now. But we are taking it slow. I really like her and these flowers showed her that and definitely helped. Thank you to everyone there!”

It was my first time there and one employee's first week on the job, so I was part of training in telling the story about the company. It was a lot of fun from the break from the heat, the best ice cream I had had in the Chicago area, to enjoying time with my husband where we set aside everything that had been going wrong and found things to laugh about.”
