“I have been living in this house for almost 20 years. I love all my trees, I just hate all their roots. They broke through my sewer and caused hell for me. My neighbors told me to give Kevin a call, so I did. They had one of their guys come out and try to rod it. Of course they couldn't. They put a camera down the line and showed me how bad those roots were. I already knew they were going to tell me that I had roots. So they worked with me. They had to dig up my sewer and replace the line where the roots were bad. You wouldn't believe the giant roots that they pulled out. It was HUGE. After a giant mess and fixing the pipes, those boys cleaned up their mess. It was so hot out, I don't know how they didn't die digging in that heat. Good for them for working in that heat. Everything has been running really nice for weeks now. I'm glad I listened to my neighbor and gave them a call.”

“My sales rep Jerry Davis dis a great job of showing extraordinary patience with my many questions and looking and test driving vehicle after vehicle. I came back the next day and purchased a vehicle but had a very short time frame due to previous commitments. Purchase was competed but there were loose ends that they agreed to complete on Monday. When I came in on Monday I realized there were some misunderstandings in our agreement but since we signed the the contract and monies had changed hands, there was little I could do other than express my disappointment. The finance manager Joe knew I was not happy. He listened to my story and took it to the General Manager. To make a long story short, and much to my surprise, Joe came back in the office letting me know what they were going to do to make things right with me. I was shocked because legally I owned the car, there was nothing they legally needed to do.but they realized I was not a satisfied customer and were not going to let me leave the dealership that way. Other than the misunderstanding, it was a flawless transaction and they fact that they made a great faith effort to assure my satisfaction says everything I need to say about this dealership. I will return. Thank you to Jerry, Joe and Danny not just for providing a great price for the vehicle but for going the extra mile to make sure this was a great experience for me.
