He was very thorough, showed me exactly how the equipment worked, specifically how to clean the various parts of the device, and he was able to show me exactly how everything was supposed to fit. At first I was concerned that I would have to shoot a video while he was showing me everything just in case it was hard to follow. Alas, that was not the case and I believe I have a very good understanding of how to use the device properly, clean it properly, and maintain it for longevity.
