“About a week ago, my fiancee and I got into a crash right outside of Lansing on the way to Chicago. We're from Michigan and had never been in the area before, so we were urgently trying to find someplace to pull into. Despite being completely booked, we were able to be squeezed in and helped. They looked over the car, did a few minor repairs and assured everything would be safe to drive. Tammy was an actual angel. We were both shaken up from the crash and Tammy, from the goodness in her heart, talked with my fiancee and I and helped calm us down. It was a really scary situation, not knowing the damage of the car, not knowing if we could even get to Chicago (or home for that matter), where we were, etc. And she made everything better. Her daughter was incredibly sweet too. You really made us feel better and help ease our anxieties for the rest of our trip that weekend. Thank you guys so so much.”
