  Don't let the other reviews that have been written cloud your judgement about this place. It's a tow company. Everybody is salty when their car gets towed or impounded, and of course it hurts to pay fees for those things. These guys were incredibly awesome after our sister's car accident, despite some of her jerky friends calling and demanding access to her car. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and compassion. If you treat people with basic decency, the same courtesy will be returned to you. Remember, it's a business, not UNICEF. (Yes, I totally stole a line from "Joe Dirt".) Thanks, Lovett's. I'm bringing you all cookies this week.
