  We were visiting the area and needed an oil change for our Ford Escape. Another dealer in the next town over couldn't fit us in so we called Brad Manning Ford based on all the positive reviews. Jay was great on the phone and said they could squeeze us in that same afternoon. When we arrived, Trysha took care of us and she is great. The service was fast, they checked everything over and gave us a thorough report card. They even washed the car! Trysha told me about the Ford rewards app too where we can earn points towards future service. Overall very, very pleased with the service and the super nice professional staff. If we lived here, we would get all our service performed here. We will definitely return when in the area again. Thank you Brad Manning Ford!!

  Dealing with the Service department was great. They have a great staff. They listened to all my needs. They did the service and had the car completed on time as we agreed upon. All my expectation were met.

  I had such an amazing experience with Brad Manning Ford! Our salesperson Ken was awesome and was so patient with our son. The Sales Manager, Tim, was also super amazing as well! He and our salesperson both worked with us so that we were able to take a new car home with us that very same day with the price that works best for us! I would highly recommend going to Brad Manning Ford if you are looking to get a new car!

  Staff is courteous and there is no pressure to have additional work done. Prices are reasonable. Their appointment schedule is run on time. Will continue to have my service work done here.
