  Nice dealership all the staff was very friendly and loved to hear from the first time or long running customers . Plenty of motorcycles to choose from and lots of apparel to choose from very clean inside and out . Very neatly decorated inside .

  I bought my first Harley from St. Charles and after a few weeks a a slight service issue. I contacted St. Charles and was extremely disappointed at the service departments approach to helping me solve this issue. It was made very clear that the service department was annoyed at the fact that i was even calling... I called over to Barbed wire and spoke with Eddie first who assured me that they could help. I called the next day to coordinate getting the bike pick up and spoke with Matt. I explained how St. Charles had made it clear that i was not a concern and were irritated that I even called looking for service. Matt Assured me that my experience was in no way reflective as to their core belief with resolving customer concerns and that he would make sure that going forward my experience was above my expectations. Sure enough, they got the bike in and with in one day Matt was able to resolve the issue. He stayed in contact through the whole experience. He did a great job turning this awful experience around for me. If you need help I would strongly suggest that you see Matt here in Dekalb. This was the kind of service I was hoping for and Matt did as promised by going above and beyond!! Thanks Matt!! Your help and professionalism is greatly appreciated!!!!!
