  Classes are highly educational as well as providing a good workout. Instructors are nice and easy to work with. Always take the time to answer any questions that students have. Definitely recommend taking classes here.

  HERO is a great family owned and operated business that is dedicated to helping people physically and mentally better themselves. I have been a student at HERO for more than a year and have really enjoyed my experience. The teachers are outstanding, the diversity of Martial Arts classes makes it great for the whole family, and their prices are verry reasonable.

  It was always my dream to learn these techniques, and at Hero, I had that opportunity. Sensei Lee Scott easily turns a small dojo into a second family for all of his students.

  The teachers are very friendly and enthusiastic. They have many years of experience in the art. The classes are also flexible so wether you're looking for basics of self-defense or wishing to learn a martial art there is a class that can fulfill that desire. If you are curious come on down and try it, they give a weeks training for free so why not give it a shot. Prices are also not terrible.

  I have been training at Hero for a year and a half now, and I can say that I have never had a better experience with any organization. Period.
  
  Sensei Lee's incredible martial arts talent and encyclopedic knowledge of Japanese martial arts is readily apparent, as well as his friendly and flexible teaching style. An incredible Sensei paired with an incredible martial art. Sensei Tom is kind and patient, and in fact the entire Scott family has been nothing but a joy to train and learn with.
  
  If you are interested in martial arts, PLEASE do yourself a favor and stop by when they're open. It doesn't get any better than Hero.
